Thanks for your interest in our acrylic products and also for your pressure time to read this article.
Actually it is very necessary for our new couples to go through the invitation order process. We think this will help you to save more energy in communicating with your assistant.
Here is a detailed description of how the process works and what to expect.
1. Check your time before your wedding day
Normally,we suggest customers to follow the recognized timeline above. However it happened that some couples had less than 4 months when they start to order their invitations. Luckily, Claritynco company can also do it for you thanks to our quick response to customers’ order and our high speed in printing.
What can you expect from us if your time is different from the time chart above? Check below :
4–5 MONTHS OR MORE IN ADVANCE
The time is Perfect!
You can take plenty of time to dream up ideas, make any revisions, do complicated customization and have your invitations printed and shipped early before your wedding day.3 – 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE (less than 4months)
The time is enough.
This allows enough time for proofing and printing. But don’t try too many revisions that will waste your time in e-proofing. No complicated customization please.2-3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE (less than 3 months)
The time is urgent!
Make sure to confirm your e-proof in 2-3 days, and the least revision the best. And keep an close eye on your email updates.* Please request an expedition service when your order is placed less than 3 weeks before your invitation mail date. The expedition fee is $20 and will be paid after you confirm with us through email.
1-2 MONTH IN ADVANCE (less than 2 months)
The time is Tricky...
Well, please inquire with us first. We give you a suggestion according your status.* NOTES
Accessories order: 1-2 months prior to the wedding date. Orders placed less than 3 weeks before wedding date may have a Rush Fee of $20 applied.
You are welcome to order any of these items sooner than listed above. However, we request that if you order.

Once you pick the pre-designed item, you can go the product page of the item and place your order.
What information to fill in on the ordering page
- The quantity of each card/sign
- Wording (check wording samples>>)
- Customization request if you need ( about customization>>)
- If you want enclose cards such as thank you card, detail cards, please inquire us first at [email protected]
Once we receive your order info, we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm, gather your unique details and requirements.
We will then begin the design stage and send you digital proofs for approval. At this point you may request changes if necessary, and we will work with you until everything is perfect for print. We usually respond with revisions within 1-2 business days.
Once you have approved the final proof, your files will be sent to the printer. Printing usually takes 1 week for digital printing and about 2 weeks for screen printing. Any additional adornments will also be purchased at this time!
Your invites arrive fresh off the press and back in our studio, we check print quality and package them with care.
We will send you an email to let you know your invites are on their way. Yay!
The estimated shipping time is between 5-7 business days to the US or 5-10 business days to the rest of the world.
