1. Do you send samples? How to order samples?

Yes, you can order samples via this link: https://www.claritynco.com/wedding-invitation-sample-orders.html
Please type in the style code of the invitation that you want to order and choose quantity (1) for each of the samples.
Regretfully the samples come non-personalized, but give you the chance to inspect the craftsmanship, the colors and the quality of the materials.

3. Do you do other cards besides wedding invitations?

Yes. If you want to order other cards, such as gift cards, menu cards, wedding programs, enclosure cards, place cards, etc, we can customize to make them suit your needs and requirements.

4. Can you print the return address on the envelopes and the guests' addresses?

Currently, we can only print the return address on the back flap of the outer envelope. We currently do not offer the service of printing the guests' addresses onto the envelopes.

5. What is acrylic material ? Is it breakable?

Acrylic is methyl methacrylate (PMMA), a group of polymers (plastics), also know as acrylic glass, or plexiglass, is a transparent thermoplastic often used in sheet form as a lightweight or shatter-resistant alternative to glass. It’s not breakable in sheet form.

1. Can you print other foreign languages besides English?

Yes, it is a free service. We do require you to provide us with the wording and verses before or after you place the order. Therefore we do ask you to check them thoroughly before submitting to us.
For Arabic wording, please provide your wording in PDF file to us.

2. Can I customize the color or size of an invitation?

Yes, we can customize the invitations for you according to your requests.
If you do require a color change then you will be asked to write your color request and lettering details in the “Requests about Color, Font, etc” section. You can give us the name of the color or choose the color from our color chart.
If you want to change the size of an invitation, please let us know the size you want and we'll give you a quote about your order after that. (Changing size usually comes with a different price for each invite.)
After you place the order, our designer will create your proofs according to your requests and email you proofs within 2 business days.

3. Can I print my own design on the acrylic invitations?

Yes, we provide printing service. If you want to print your own design, please email us your own design in PDF format. Our designer will check it for you and reply to you within 2 business days.

4. Can I print my wedding photos or QR code on the acrylic invitations?

Yes, please write down this request when you place your order and email us the photo or QR code in PDF/PNG format after that.

5. How can I order other items such as laser cut pockets with acrylic wedding invitations?

If you want to purchase wax seals or envelopes, you can add them to your shopping cart directly when you place your order. If you want to customize other accessories like ribbons and pearl embellishments, you can email us your requests. We will reply to you within 2 business days.
If you want to purchase other items such as laser cut pockets from other invitation styles, you can email us the item you want and the quantity you need or write down this requirement when you place your order for acrylic wedding invitations. When we receive your order or email, we will reply to you within 2 business days.

6. How can I make sure that all the information is right before printing?

When we receive your order, our designer will create your proofs according to your requests and email you proofs within 2 business days. We do require you to check all the information carefully when you receive the email. Nothing will be printed until you approve the proofs.

1. What does the price include?

If you order wedding invitations, you will get free outer envelopes and we can print your return address onto the envelopes free.

2.Currency

Our prices are in US dollars. If you are from Canada, Australia, or European countries, when you go to checkout, it will automatically be converted into the currency in your own country according to the current exchange rate.

3. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa Card, MasterCard, DiscoverCard, American Express, E Check (Note: If you use E-Check, the process will take up to 4 business days due to the clearance process.) and Western Union
(Note: If you wish to use Western Union, please contact us for further information).

1. Can I cancel the order after it reaches you?

Yes, if you dislike our e-proofs or the quality of our service BEFORE we print your order, then you will be able to cancel your order and receive a refund.
However, due to the fact that our designers have spent time on the design of your order, $15 will be deducted as a design fee when we provide you the refund.
If you haven't received the eproofs yet, you'll receive a full refund.

2. What should I do if I want to make any changes after confirmed my order?

You can email us or call us to make changes.
Two complimentary rounds of revisions are included with your package and we'll spend as much time necessary working with you to perfect your invitations! Nothing is printed until we have your final proof approval.
If you want to make another change after you have confirmed the e-proofs in email, please contact us immediately and we will check the status of your order and let you know if a change can be made.
Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order for requested changes.
We will do our best to make any changes before your order is printed. However, due to our fast turn-around time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept or change any order once it has reached our factory.
Thus, it is important that you make sure your order is correct before you confirm your e-proofs.

1. What's the best time to order my wedding invitations?

Invitations should be ordered at least four months prior to the wedding. Engraved and letterpress invitations should be ordered around four to five months in advance.

2. When should we mail out wedding invitations?

Invitations should be mailed on average 8-10 weeks before the wedding.

3. Whose names should be included on the invitations?

Traditionally, only the bride's parents' names are listed at the top of the invitation, especially if they're hosting and paying for the entire event. However in recent years both parents have been included .

4. Are response cards necessary?

Reply sets are a necessary evil for any first-time wedding of over 50 people or more.
There are ways to lessen the ”fill-in-the-blank” look of the r.s.v.p. card while still providing a practical means of response.
You can also tell your guests to reply by email or phone.
