How can I get you know my requests for customization when I place my order?

On the product page, you will see a section of “ Requests about Color, Font, etc”, just write down your requests there. We will customize our own design according to your request and send you an e-proof for approval. If we have somehting unclear about your request, we will reach out to you by email.
If you want the same design, layout, font & font color as shown on the website, please leave the section empty.

Can I change the wording on your wedding invitation designs? Can I add additional wording?

Absolutely – use whatever wording you’d like! Additional text can be added to any piece at no extra cost. If we’re having difficulty fitting your text, we’ll certainly work through options with you—editing the text down, adding an additional piece. We’re always happy to assist with wording as well! (Check out wedding invitation wording templates for wording suggestions.)

Would you be able to color print my own design onto an acyrlic invite?

Yes ,of course. It is a free service. You just need to send us the design in PDF file or a picture over 300dpi after you place an order. We will adjust your PDF or jpg to fit in our acrylic size and e-proofs will be sent to you within 2-3 work days. Please fill your request in the “Requests about Color, Font, etc” section like” I want to print my own design” and we will reach out to you.

I was just wondering if these invitations are customizable for a sweet 15 not a wedding ?

Yes, you can order our invites for any other occasions (not limited to wedding). You can just write down the wordings at the corresponding sections called "Your Wording for Invitations/Response Cards/Reception Cards" for different items. We will send you e-proofs within 2 business days after you place the order.

I need ideas on how to customize my invitations. Help!

1) You can change a vertical design to horizontal, a square design to a vertical.
2) You can move or resize our designs, or change to any other design of us either for your invitation or rsvp card, for example, you can use the RSVP of CAX002 for your RSVP of CA052.
3) You can change the fonts, the size of the fonts, or the ink colors.

Are the colors for the flowers customizable?

Only several of our flower designs are available for color change. Please send us an inquiry for the item you want before you place the order.

May I change the color of the pocket ?

Only a several colors can be customized for our pocket styles. Please send us an inquiry for the item you want before you place the order. The customization fee is $30（quantity below 200) and will be charged after we receive your order.

I want to see e-proofs for 2 styles of you. Could you do that for me ?

Yes, we can create two versions for your order. If you want to print more than 2 versions, an additional charge of $15 per versions will incur.
Way to do it : Please pick 1 item you have selected and place your order , fill in your requests for two e-proofs in the “Requests about Color, Font, etc” section on the ordering page.

Can you customize an invitation sample for me?

Regretfully the samples come non-personalized, to keep samples affordable, we can only offer them as shown on our website to give you the chance to inspect the craftsmanship, the colors and the quality of the materials. Of course when you place your order, we can print in any color or fonts your heart desires.

Can I change the font of a design and/or increase the font size on an invitation?

Yes! That’s part of the design customization that we love to do for you, and there is no charge for this type of design work. All of our designs allow you to choose a different font from our Font Library, increase or decrease the size of the fonts, and even change the size and positioning of illustrations, too.

Can you print other foreign languages besides English?

Yes, it is a free service, however we do require you' the customer' to provide us with the wording and verses before or after you place the order and will take responsibility for any mistakes, therefore we do ask you to check your verses thoroughly before submitting to us.
But for Arabic wording, please provide your wording with PDF file to us.

Do you offer enclosure cards such as detail cards, direction cards, or reception cards ? I can’t find any settings or listing with them on your website.

Yes, of course. we usually do additional cards in paper material, and we can easily custom make them to suit your needs and requirements. Please send us an inquiry and we will quote for you accordingly. After you agree with price, we will send you a link to pay.

Hello can I customize a color different from your envelope list? Is it free of charge?

Please firstly check our envelope library to see if your wanted color is there.
If not, please advise your color with image for reference. We will check with our factory to see if the color can be customized.
